陈鸥,汉族,工学博士,讲师,中国柑桔学会会员,中国农学会农产品物流分会委员。主要从事果实品质形成与调控、果实采后保鲜相关研究。中央高校基本科研业务费项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学面上项目等4项。以第一作者在《Postharvest Biology and Technology》、《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》等中外学术期刊发表论文5篇,参与发表论文15篇;参与授权国家发明专利7项。
